The Inspinia Project Excellence Awards 2025 is designed to recognize outstanding projects in smart home and building automation that demonstrate innovation, functionality, and impact.
This guide provides the full framework for submission, evaluation, and eligibility to ensure a transparent and rewarding experience for all participants.
2. Objectives of the Campaign
- To celebrate and promote Inspinia partners’ achievements in real-world automation projects.
- To inspire innovation through creative applications of Inspinia products and solutions.
- To build a stronger international network by showcasing success stories from across markets.
3. Who Can Participate
- All Inspinia partners, distributors, and certified installers are eligible to submit.
- Submissions can be individual or team-based (representing a company).
- Multiple project submissions are allowed — each will count as one entry for the lucky draw.
4. Project Eligibility
To qualify for evaluation in the Best Project Awards category, projects must:
- Be fully implemented and operational (not a proposal or demo).
- Have been completed within the last 2 years (2023–2025).
- Include Inspinia products or integrations as a core part of the solution.
- Have the client’s permission for public presentation (visuals, descriptions, data).
Projects that do not meet these criteria will still be included in the Lucky Draw, but not in the award evaluation.
5. Categories of Participation
Projects can be submitted under one of the following categories:
- Smart Home Solutions
- Residential automation, comfort, and control systems
- HVAC Integration
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems using Inspinia gateways or controllers
- IoT & Cloud Automation
- Smart integrations, data-driven automation, or SkyPlatform-based projects
- Other Innovative Applications
- Unique or cross-category solutions using Inspinia technologies
6. Evaluation Process & Criteria
All submissions will be assessed by the Inspinia Evaluation Committee following transparent and objective guidelines. The evaluation will focus on overall quality, innovation, and the real impact of each project.
Evaluation Steps
- Pre-screening: Verification of eligibility and completeness of submitted materials.
- Technical Review: Assessment by Inspinia experts specializing in Smart Home, HVAC, and IoT solutions.
- Scoring & Ranking: Each project is scored individually according to the criteria below.
- Final Selection: Top projects in each category are reviewed and validated by the committee before final approval.

Best Project Awards (per category)
- 1st Place: €1,000 cash award
- 2nd–3rd Place: Official Inspinia Recognition Plaque
All winners will also be featured on Inspinia’s official social media channels, and newsletter.
8. Submission Requirements
Mandatory Materials
- Project Title & Description (max. 500 words)
- Project Category (Smart Home, HVAC, IoT, or Other)
- Implementation Date & Location
- Key Inspinia Products Used
- Project Photos / Visuals (minimum 3, high-quality images preferred)
- Results or Impact Overview (energy savings, user feedback, etc.)
- Permission Checkbox confirming:
- Right to share visuals and descriptions for marketing purposes
- Client consent obtained
Optional Materials
- Short video presentation (max. 2 minutes)
- Technical documentation or schematics
9. How to Submit

- Complete the submission form and upload the required materials.
- Confirm participation and sharing consent.
- Receive confirmation email.
Each submitted project automatically qualifies for the Lucky Draw.
10. Key Dates

Final date to upload projects and confirm participation. - Evaluation Period: December 2025

11. Terms & Conditions
- Inspinia reserves the right to verify project authenticity.
- All materials submitted may be used by Inspinia for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes with proper credit.
- The decision of the Evaluation Committee is final.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash equivalents.
