Located in the heart of Istanbul, 3S Kale Topkapı is a prestigious residential project that embodies modern urban living. As part of their commitment to integrating smart living solutions and centralized security, the developers partnered with INSPINIA Technology to deliver a comprehensive home automation experience across all units.
The Challenge
The project required a future-ready smart home system that could seamlessly merge intercom communication, home automation, and centralized security, while also ensuring IR-based climate control and remote accessibility via mobile devices. The solution needed to deliver real-time updates to a central control station for safety-critical events like fire, gas leaks, and water intrusion.
