Project Background
The Level Apartments is a large-scale residential development by REDPORT, developed in multiple phases in northern Bucharest. Phase III includes 105 apartments designed with a strong focus on sustainability, smart technologies, and modern living standards. The development features advanced energy-efficient solutions and integrated smart home technologies throughout the residential complex.
The Challenge
The project required a unified automation platform capable of managing multiple technologies and systems within a single interface. The residential complex included:
- KNX-based lighting and curtain automation
- Floor heating control
- Hisense Multi Split HVAC integration
- Intercom communication systems
- Custom automation scenarios and logic
- Multi-protocol communication between KNX and Modbus environments
