    To support this vision, the hotel implemented a centralized Guest Room Management System (GRMS) powered by ROOMIO and integrated with Inspinia Mini Servers to manage more than 200 VRF indoor air-conditioning units across the property.

    The solution combines advanced hospitality automation with centralized HVAC intelligence, creating a fully integrated guest experience platform that improves comfort, operational efficiency, and energy performance throughout the hotel.
